SYNOPSIS
A building as a landscape and scenery of events and memories. From the renovation of the Tupis Building, popularly known as Balança but it does not fall, stories, facts and reports are mixed in an interwoven web of sensations and perceptions. In relation to space, past and present are confused and memories become alive.
